CCIM Chapter membership has developed generations of entrepreneurial CREs, giving them the market intel and network connections they need to grow their businesses. Our opportunities for mentorship are extensive, offering access to industry leaders; in addition the chapter promotes peer-to-peer interaction. Our hands-on chapter members operate as part of a vibrant community that can, and will, get things done. Through frequent meetings, shared opportunities, and insight into key industry trends, our chapter members work together to enable success.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Georgia CCIM Chapter offers four classes of membership:

Designee Member

This membership type is for Designee members of the CCIM Institute.
      

($150.00 annual dues)

Candidate Member

This membership type is for Candidate members of the CCIM Institute. 

($150.00 annual dues)

Affiliate Member

This membership type is for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) professionals whose work intersects with the work of CRE Brokers, developers, investors, property managers, lenders, lawyers, appraisers, and other CRE-related professionals, and who fit the criteria below:   

     o Are not a member of the CCIM Institute
o Are not a CCIM designee

Affiliate Members enjoy all standard membership benefits except the ability to serve on the Executive Committee or vote on by-law changes. All Affiliate Memberships are subject to the Board of Directors’ approval. 


($250.00 annual dues)

Student Member

This membership class is for students:

 o Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

($75.00 annual dues)

The Designation Promotion Committee seeks to foster connections among its members. They have streamlined the process for displaying your name and expertise to the community. To participate, complete a "Meet the Member" application below. This initiative presents an excellent opportunity for engagement and demonstrates how the chapter strengthens our Georgia CCIM Chapter community. We invite all members to engage actively, as sharing your story can cultivate meaningful relationships.
How do I Participate?
  • You must be a current Georgia Chapter Member.
  • Complete the Meet the Member Form.
  • Attach your headshot. 
  • Once submitted, the forms will be reviewed by the committee and posted to Georgia CCIM social networks—Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn—within 30 days.
