CCIM Institute and the Georgia Chapter are still committed to providing you with professional development resources to adapt and thrive in commercial real estate, but we know that in-person courses aren't an option for many professionals right now.

This NEW virtual offering is a condensed version of the popular online instructor-led format that provides enhanced engagement with your industry peers and your CCIM instructor. It's designed for students who normally prefer in-person learning, but it's open to anyone who wants to accelerate their career.Visit for a list of upcoming courses. 

Course Formats:

 Blended (Online + Classroom)

The first four weeks are comprised of self-paced interactive online activities, videos, scheduled virtual classroom sessions, guided research assignments, and assessments. The final day-and-a-half is spent on site working with classmates through a capstone case study.

 Online Instructor-Led

Combine the personal attention of an instructor with the flexibility of online learning. Courses have two virtual sessions per week and defined start and end dates. All materials are provided online.

 Online Self-Paced

Independently complete the course in one sitting or spread it out over several weeks. All materials are provided online.


Learn in a traditional classroom environment. Interact and network with other professionals in a collaborative, small-group setting.

 CI 101 Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

CI 101 serves as your introduction to the CCIM Cash Flow Model. Learn to apply the CCIM Cash Flow Model to make your investment decisions based on wise investment fundamentals. Some of the concepts you will explore include IRR, NPV, Cap Rate, Capital Accumulation, and the Annual Growth Rate of Capital.

 CI 102 Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

You can’t make intelligent real estate decisions without learning about the CCIM Strategic Analysis Model for investors, lenders, developers, brokers and other real estate professionals. Learn how financial analysis and market analysis are two separate, yet completely interrelated components of the strategic analysis process.

In CI 103, you'll incorporate the CCIM Decision-Making Model into all case studies. Begin to develop the practice of applying the CCIM Communications/Negotiations Model to all real estate decisions with a focus on using this Model in interest-based negotiations

CI 104 Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

Similar to other courses, CI 104 is case-study driven. Within each case study, you will encounter a key investor decision: Should a non-taxable investor acquire an investment with or without debt financing? What if the investor is taxable? During the holding period of an investment, should an investor make a discretionary capital expenditure or not? How does an investor evaluate disposition alternatives? Gain knowledge, tools, and resources needed to make these decisions.
